Retail Policies and FAQ:
Minimums: No minimum purchase amounts are required, but we do recommend you buy more than two soaps to keep shipping costs in line with the purchase order.
How much does shipping cost? That depends on where you are located, and how fast you want your package. If you want rush service, or would like a shipping quote prior to us processing your order, please let us know in the comments section at the time you place your order.
How do you ship orders (via what carrier?) All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Delivery times are approximate only.
Shipping Times:
Canada expedited (3-7 business days) express (2-4 business days)
USA expedited (2-4 weeks) express (up to 7 business days)
International surface(4-12 weeks) air (7-10 business days)
Note: International or US shipments may incur import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees") as well as custom clearance service fees by the shipment carrier which are collectable at the time of delivery. The purchaser is responsible to pay all applicable charges and take delivery of the shipment.
Return Policy: We will be happy to refund or exchange any products that are unused, undamaged, unopened, and sent back within one week of the purchase date. Please email us for return instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What are your accepted payment methods? We accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Money Order, Hyperwallet (you must have a Hyperwallet account to use this method of payment) Business Cheque - your order will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared through our bank.
For Money Orders, and Business Cheques, you can email us your order, or you can download our Order Form, print it out and fax it to us at 604-522-3988.

How long does it take to process a retail order?
Usually within 24 hours, except during Christmas rush where times may take longer.
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Yes, you can. Just email us within five hours of ordering to change or cancel your order to avoid restocking fees.
Do you have a restocking fee if I cancel my order?
Yes, due to our fast shipping times, if you have cancelled your order after 5 hours of ordering, you will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Can I pick up my order to save on shipping costs?
No. We do not have a storefront at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally, but there may be exceptions. If you have problems ordering, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Am I responsible for customs if my order is shipped internationally?

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact the carrier within 24 hours of receiving your package for any damaged orders.
What if I don't like the soap? Can I return it?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.
What if I am sent the wrong item?
Just email us, explain the situation and we will be happy to send you instructions for an exchange of product.
What are your hours of operation if I need to call you?
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8 AM– 4 PM, Standard Pacific Time.
Can I use your soaps on my face?
Most people are fine with using our soaps on their face. As long as you read the label of ingredients before you use our soaps on your face or body, and are sure you are not allergic to, or will react to any ingredients listed, then you should be fine to use our soaps on your face.
Do you test your products on animals?
No products are ever tested on animals. We only test on family and friends with great results.
Can I use your products on my children?
Normally, our homemade soaps are very gentle to the skin, but only you know your children and their reactions to certain ingredients, so please read the labels very carefully. By the very nature of the soap cutting process, we cannot guarantee that our soaps will not come in contact with soaps containing such ingredients as nut butters, cocoa butter, etc., so please exercise caution when using our soap products on your children if you are concerned with an allergic or adverse reaction to the ingredients.
What is your privacy policy? Will you give away or sell my info after I order?
We will never give away or sell information received from our customers.
